HAPPY HOLIDAYS.

Good Morning!

The world's not blown away, so here's my holiday card.
Compared with most of my stuff, this image's not been created in the dystopic surrounding of our rehearsal-room but in my comfortable home studio. I tried a well thought composition, bold lines and some carefully chosen colors, this time. Additionally I wanted to avoid the use of the Coca Cola-Man and any religious symbols cuz winter holidays are for everyone. I printed about 40 cards on heavy coated paper for family and friends.

DOWN IN THE PARK plus 3D!

Hey there!
Here comes a piece which took a very (very, very, very) long time until it's finishing. I wanted to experiment a little with drawn layers and this is what came out. Since my beginning in spring I drew the different layers of the background, made horrible cutting paths in photoshop and composed the whole shit over the last days. Oh, and the 3D-version took some more days of my life. Although I've done some 3D-photos I've never done a 3 dimensional drawing. The main problem were graphic errors when combining the layers to the single stereographic positions but after thinking of the problem in my sleep last night I solved it today. Enjoy! BROKEN FACE.

Hi!
Here's another one where I play with digital light (yes, I'm totally
addicted to it at the moment). There's not that much time for drawing,
this month, so this is kind of a speed-painting, haha! The drawing's
created in our rehearsal room while we listened to Jamiroquai's
"Deeper Underground", we actually have to cover (we made a little
cover contest on our band website and Jamiroquai won the race
against QUEEN's "Under Pressure"). Whilst the listening our main
light bulb fucked up so we only had two low lights with which I had
to draw... The coloring took one hour between work and gym.

The title's from the PIXIES. Pretty cool song! Enjoy!
